Job Purpose
- Providing logistics support to internal/external customers.
- Assisting team lead on daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inventory Management.
- Conduct stock count.
- Planning and managing manpower for daily operations.
- Assisting with administrative matters.
- Assisting with goods receipt/issue.
- Planning and coordinating Import/Export shipments.
- Liaising with customers on enquiries.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fresh candidate welcomed.
- Be charismatic with good personal attribute; patient, humble, caring, attentive, good listener, good initiative, empathetic and speak tactfully.
- Ability to work harmoniously with others in the team.
- Ability to provide admin support, billing and work with “eye for details”.
- Ability to speak and write simple English.
- Minimum GCE “O” level with simple office admin and customer service experiences.
Working Hours:
8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (Monday to Friday); 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (alternate Saturday)
