Job Description
The Program Management Executive serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and acts as the liaison between the commercial team and all other departments within the organization. The role is responsible for delivering customer excellence, ensuring account retention and growth, and identifying opportunities for account management improvements, which are reported to the Head of Department (HOD).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the HOD in managing and expanding designated key accounts. Identify and implement improvements to overall account management processes.
- Ensure operational excellence across assigned accounts. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering accurate reporting, timely responses, and effective support for ad-hoc requests.
- Ensure monthly KPI reports and dashboards are prepared and delivered to customers promptly.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the implementation of proposals and awarded projects for new opportunities under the direction of the HOD
- Act as the secondary point of contact between customers and all relevant Bok Seng divisions.
- Design and implement tailored solutions that create value through innovative approaches for clients.
- Prepare and conduct Business Reviews (monthly, quarterly, and annually); track customer development and recommend new growth opportunities to increase Bok Seng’s market share.
- Conduct cost simulations and comparisons as required to support decision-making and proposals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent - Knowledge
- At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Strong Account Management and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge in air and ocean freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent with Microsoft Office tools Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Good personality with the ability to interact with customer at management
